Avocet Court care home in Ipswich has been recognised in The Palliative Care/End of Life Award category. This award rewards compassionate, dignified, and professional care to those at the end of life.
Palliative and end-of-life care requires a special kind of care, not just medical and emotional support to the resident but also support to families and friends during such a challenging time as well as support to the care team and others at the homes who form lasting bonds with residents and their families.
