Dear team member,

As we say goodbye to our current Home Manager, Donna Smith, we welcome Renju Varghese as our new Home Manager.

Renju is an experienced home manager and her background will enable us to continue to develop our care at Ashlynn Grange where the comfort and wellbeing of our residents is always our priority.

Renju joined Athena Care Homes last year and, in addition to her home management experience, brings a number of years’ experience working in care, with specific focus on dementia nursing and palliative care during her time as a nurse.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Renju or your line manager as normal.

We wish Donna well as she moves on to a new role outside of Athena Care Homes.
