About the role
Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the registered nurse is responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to our residents in compliance with the NMC code of conduct and the company policies and procedures.
The Registered nurse will provide strong clinical knowledge and leadership to ensure the highest standards are achieved in the delivery of care within the home, for both person centred care and clinical care.
While acting in accordance with the organisational values at all times, you are also encouraged to actively engage with residents in conversation and meaningful occupation, related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.
About you
You will hold a valid RGN/RMN level 6 pin registration with NMC.
You will hold leadership and management experience and will have a· Proven track record of leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team in delivering high quality clinical and person centred .
You will have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills, ideally Microsoft Office, together with an eye for detail.
You are organised, numerate and accurate, with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You are comfortable working alone & within a team.
You are confident in handling personal and sensitive data and ensuring it is maintained in a confidential manner, adhering to GDPR at all times
