Flavia joined Athena Care Homes, 9 years ago as a member of our Housekeeping team at Amberley Hall care home.
After a year she decided to join the care team where she quickly showed her abilities and natural empathy for caring for residents.
Flavia completed her training to become a Senior Carer, then progressed to become a Team Leader. She continued to develop her leadership skills over the next two years before successfully applying and becoming a member of the Regional Team.
Her new role is Training and Compliance Coordinator and she will be providing support to ensure our teams provide an outstanding standard of care.
