Renju’s nursing career began over 20 years ago, and she has worked extensively as a Senior Clinical Lead Nurse in hospitals and care homes throughout Hertfordshire and Peterborough.

As an experienced Home Manager, Renju knows instinctively what outstanding care provision looks like, and it is imperative that the whole team strive to maintain these high standards every single day for the residents at Ashlynn Grange.

Providing exemplary residential, dementia, and nursing care is at the very heart of everything they do. Renju takes this responsibility very seriously, ensuring that the residents are treated with dignity and respect and are given the choice to live their lives just the way they want to.

Renju thoroughly enjoys getting to know the residents, their families, and friends, listening to their life stories as they all share meaningful moments and create happy memories together at Ashlynn Grange.

 Outside of work, Renju is mother to three children and loves to travel. She is also an active member of her local church, where she contributes to teaching and community activities.
