Our sustainability
Sustainability and being conscious of our impact is part of our company values. That’s why we’re working really hard to reduce our impact on the environment and we’re working to be more sustainable in everything we do.

We plant a tree for each of our residents
We want our company to have a lasting legacy, not just because of the great quality of care and quality of life we can bring to our residents, but also on our planet. That’s why we’ve partnered with Ecologi to plant a tree for every resident who moves in to our homes.
The Athena Forest was started in late 2021 and our residents have been delighted to see the progress so far! We will continue planting trees with Ecologi to help reforest Madagascar, Nicaragua, Mozambique and amongst many other destinations around the world.

Keeping it local
Being energy efficient
Over the last few years we’ve been working hard, partnering with local suppliers to provide the meat and vegetables for our resident’s meals!
There are a huge range of benefits to sourcing food locally; reducing food miles, supporting local businesses and our community. Best of all, we can show our residents where their food came from and who delivered it!
We’ve been working really hard with our partners to find ways we can make our homes more energy efficient.
Everything from composting for our gardening club through to extra insulation and solar panels has been considered!
