Lifestyles and Maintenance
Lifestyles Team
Our Lifestyles team create a varied programme of one-to-one and group activities based on residents’ interests, abilities and choices. From hobbies and celebrations to outings and community links, they help residents stay active, connected and involved in experiences that feel meaningful to them.
Maintenance Team
Our Maintenance Team keeps the home and grounds safe, comfortable and well cared for, carrying out repairs and checks while also helping residents with practical requests in their rooms, such as hanging pictures or making their space feel more homely.
Catering & Housekeeping
The catering team prepares balanced, appetising meals while taking account of residents’ preferences, cultural choices, allergies and dietary requirements.
The housekeeping team keeps bedrooms and shared areas clean, comfortable and well presented. Together, they make everyday life more enjoyable and help the home feel familiar, safe and cared for.
Care
Team Leaders
Our Team Leaders Coordinate care during each shift, allocate responsibilities and provide practical guidance to care colleagues. They help ensure care plans are followed, observations are recorded and any changes or concerns are shared quickly with the right people.
Carers
Our carers provide direct support throughout the day and night, including personal care, mobility, medication, health monitoring and emotional reassurance. By taking time to learn each resident’s preferences, abilities and life story, they can encourage independence while offering help whenever it is needed.
