We are delighted to have received a ‘good overall’ score and “good’ for each individual key line of inquiry in our recent unannounced inspection at Amberley Hall Care Home in Kings Lynn.
All of our team at Amberley Hall are delighted with their latest feedback. This rating from the CQC is just reward for everyone associated with Amberley Hall. The team deliver exceptional levels of person-centred care and continue to enrich the lives of our residents. We’re delighted this has been reflected in this latest report.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is similar to Ofsted for schools; they’re an independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. As all of our homes are Registered Care Homes, they are inspected by the CQC every two years, sometimes with unannounced interim visits too. The CQC make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and they encourage care services to improve.
