Our team were at the recruitment day at the College of West Anglia last week to speak to students about possible career opportunities within the care sector.
As well as roles for carers and nurses, we have opportunities for within catering and hospitality, gardening, maintenance and admin.
We spoke to students about opportunities at Goodwins Hall Care Home and Amberley Hall Care Home in Kings Lynn, and Aria Court Care Home in March.
At Athena Care Homes we offer training and support for those taking their first steps along their chosen career path, and have seen many new recruits progress within the company.
We have supported carers through their NVQ training and continue to encourage our teams to embrace new opportunities within our homes. In coming weeks we will be featuring some of our team members who have progressed in their careers with the support and training offered by Athena Care Homes.
