A huge well done to the team at Aria Court Care Home in March, who are celebrating after being awarded another perfect 5 star score in their latest EHO inspection.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) five-star rating is awarded to businesses who successfully meet three key criteria – how hygienically food is handled, the physical condition of the business and how the business manages food safety. There’s a specific focus on areas including cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation and pest control; as well as looking at processes, training and systems to ensure good hygiene is maintained.
The team achieving this award consecutively over a number of years reflects our home’s commitment to the highest standards.
Abhilash Gopi, Home Manager at Aria Court, said, “Aria’s Kitchen team continues to deliver exceptional home cooked food for our residents, whilst collecting numerous awards. Recently the team have launched ‘Chef’s Table’ which is an interactive session for our residents where they create and taste test a variety of different dishes which our kitchen team is trialling.”
