Everyone at Athena would like to wish Cathy Frost a very warm welcome into the family as the new Home Manager at Ashlynn Grange Care Home in Peterborough.
Joining us at the start of November, Cathy brings 25 years of experience within the healthcare sector. Having started her journey as a care assistant, over the past 18 years she worked through the ranks quickly to become a registered manager. At the time she was the youngest registered manager in the country at 23 years old.
Cathy particularly enjoys her time with residents, sharing many treasured moments with the residents over the years. Seeing her residents smile each day gives her the motivation to perform at the highest level. This has been noted on a national level too when Cathy and one of her teams were recognised for continuous hard work with an award for ‘Putting People First’ at the Great British Care Awards.
Cathy will be hosting a couple of meet the manager sessions on Zoom of the 24th November for our resident’s family and friends. If you’d like to book your spot you can find out more about them here:
