Peterborough Police will be hosting a fascinating talk on scam awareness and fraud prevention at Ashlynn Grange Care Home this September.
The talk on Tuesday 10th September will cover common tactics used by scammers, particularly when targeting the elderly and vulnerable. There will be tips on staying safe online, plus dealing with cold callers and telephone scammers.
The team will share details of some of the common scams currently circulating in Peterborough and nationally to raise awareness.
Residents living at Ashlynn Grange Care Home are invited, as well as their friends and relatives and the wider community. Our teams will also be invited to attend because while scammers often target older people, we are all at risk.
The talk will take place at Ashlynn Grange Care Home on Tuesday 10th September at 2.00pm.
Session is free to attend, but spaces are limited so to reserve your free space, book now here.
