On the 27th May our homes tuned in to see amazing 9 year old Heather Bryson deliver her Rather Regal Chair Exercise Extravaganza as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebrations!
Heather, who lives with parents Gary and Deborah in Scotland, has been on a bit of a wild rollercoaster over the last couple of years since she launched her lockdown exercises for care home residents after being inspired by Captain Tom. She’s since won the Loneliness award from Good Morning Britain, been recognised by politicians across the UK and is a finalist at the Scottish Charity Awards for the People’s Choice category!
We’re delighted that our residents enjoy the session, along with other homes in the UK, across the world! Thank you for the session Heather.
