We are offering a talk and Q&A session for families supporting someone living with dementia who want to know more about the care available.
Guest speakers Leah Edgley and Sarah Campion, managers of West Newton and West Dereham Wards at the QEH in King’s Lynn, will be at Amberley Hall Care Home.
They will be talking about the support they offer for patients living with dementia during their stay and beyond.
The wards both offer integrated care for older people and the teams work with patients and their families to ensure those living with dementia are as comfortable as possible during their admission.
They also support families as they move forwards, whether that is setting up systems to help them care for someone at home or supporting them with the move into a care home.
