Exam Success!

The teams at Aria Court in Cambs and Avocet Court in Ipswich, have been celebrating the successes of our team members recently. 

Amanda Johnson, Shannon Ogden and Anna Smalley all passed the CHAPS exam recently, with flying colours and we couldn’t be more proud of their hard work! 

The CHAPS programme has been designed to train and develop Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to be able to work alongside our Registered Nurses. The qualifications allows our team to take the next step in their career, whilst delivering extraordinary care to our residents. 

Shan Stevenson, pictured below, from Avocet Court also wowed us by passing her Care Home Assistant Practitioner course and being promoted to a CCA.
