Here at Goodwins Hall, one of the most popular areas of the home for our residents is our garden! Both our team and residents are very proud of the garden, plants and produce that have been grown at Goodwins Hall.
Our garden is tended to by our residents and maintenance team, all of whom are very green fingered. Each year we grow our own vegetables, fruit and herbs, and we love to have an array of plants and flowers on display too.
This year’s harvest from the garden was another abundant return, so much so that our residents were keen to exhibited some of our fruits and vegetables, as well as a cross-stitch sampler, into the local annual Kings Lynn Horticultural Show at South Wootton.
We had so much fun on the day, and were even more proud of everyone’s hard work as we even won two prize cups on the day! A huge congratulations to our residents and team!
