In the spirit of spreading some festive joy and expressing gratitude, Goodwins Hall care home in King’s Lynn recently hosted a fun-filled team party and awards night.
The event was not only a festive celebration but also an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the incredible team that makes Goodwins Hall a warm and caring home.
With smiles all around, the evening was filled with fun, games, and a sense of appreciation for the staff’s unwavering commitment to both their colleagues and the residents.
The highlight of the evening was the presentation of awards, with winners chosen through a voting process involving the Goodwins Hall team, residents and relatives.
Home Manager Flavia Hansell expressed her love for celebrating and appreciating her team, emphasising their contributions not only to each other but, most importantly, to the residents. Flavia, who has been at the helm of Goodwins Hall since the summer, shared her excitement about the awards night, noting that it was an amazing evening that was well attended and appreciated by the team.
