Alex Wood House, located on Fortescue Road in Cambridge, has welcomed Ryan Palmer-Fenny as its new Home Manager. Alex Wood House provides residential care, dementia care and short-term respite care for older people in Cambridge and the surrounding area.
Ryan brings extensive experience across the care sector, along with a strong commitment to supporting colleagues and delivering person-centred care. As a qualified Skills Assessor, he is passionate about developing care teams so they feel confident, supported and empowered to provide high standards of care every day.
Experienced leadership for a Cambridge care home
Ryan’s approach to care is deeply personal. Supporting his own grandfather gave him first-hand insight into the importance of compassionate, dignified support.
