On Monday 7th August, Amberley Hall hosted Athena’s 4th Career Pathways open day.
This was an interactive session for our team to share their aspirations and plans for progression, whilst discussing what their career goals look like.
We were lucky enough to be joined by Sharron from Steadfast, who was able to complete same day enrolment for apprenticeships at levels L2, L3 and L4 for eligible members of the team.
During the course of the event, we welcomed guest speaker, Kerri Rasberry, our wonderful Customer Relationship Manager for Kings Lynn. Kerri shared with the team what her unique job role consists of; building and maintaining relationships with our customers when they’re looking for care and also supporting to build relationships with our local community.
Our team members who attended had fantastic feedback on how they felt empowered to progress and reach management levels, their love for learning and how the event was a huge success.
We also want to give a special thanks to the kitchen team at Amberley Hall for an excellent display of their talents which our visitors and residents both enjoyed.
