This summer we’ve partnered with the fantastic team at Nuffield Health in Cambridge to offer a pair of free drop in days at our homes.
Come join us for a morning of health checks and fitness! Get your blood pressure checked by professionals from Nuffield Health, and then if you fancy it, jump into our chair-based exercise class with a Physiotherapist from the Cambridge Hospital.
The event is free to attend, with complimentary refreshments provided. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to prioritise your well-being!
